You’ll fill out an onboarding form and I’ll reach out directly to dig deeper. I’m not the kind of coach who sits back—I want to fully understand your goals, your team dynamics, and what’s getting in your way. I’m in it with you from day one.

Step 2: Unlock your roadmap.

You’ll unlock the full Liberated Leader Curriculum—designed to take you from being buried in the weeds to leading with strategy and space. Short, podcast-style lessons and plug-and-play tools (50+ And growing) will help you implement fast without overthinking.

First stop? Your strategy. You’ll define where your team is going, who you serve, and how you win. Within the first couple weeks, you’ll be able to clearly communicate your value, lead with a point of view, and stop reacting to shifting priorities.

You’ll get access to 2x a month hot seat coaching calls where we work through your team’s real challenges live—with whiteboards, feedback, and strategy, not fluff.
