The Liberated Leader Lab

Strip out years of accumulated bureaucracy drowning your team, master ways of working built for today's fast-paced, chaotic world, and build a team culture where challenging the status quo and driving change becomes the norm... not the exception.

I'M READY!

We Keep Trying to Solve Today’s Problems with 1910s Solutions:

→ Rebranded Taylorism. We're still applying principles designed for assembly lines (break work into tasks, tell people exactly how to do them, thinking is management's job) to knowledge work that requires making judgment calls and innovating on the fly. We hired people to think and adapt... then built systems that punish them for doing exactly that. Make it make sense. đŸ€·â€â™€ïž

→ Surface Level Solutions. When things aren't working, we restructure. Move some boxes on the org chart. Hire "fresh talent" who will definitely think differently (until the same broken systems turn them into everyone else). Then we cross our fingers and hope that somehow, magically, the same approval processes and bureaucratic theater will produce different results this time. (They won't. They never do. But we keep trying. đŸ« )

→ Top-down Solutioning. Leadership disappears into a conference room, emerges with a magical solution in the shape of a PowerPoint deck, rolls it out in a town hall, and genuinely wonders why nothing shifts. Meanwhile, the people who actually do the work and see the problems had zero input into the solution they're now expected to execute flawlessly. (Are we shocked 80% of transformations fail? 😬)

→ Snail-Pace Change. Assemble the task force. Build the roadmap. Get sign-off from Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, that one VP who's tangentially related but has veto power... Six months later, you're ready to launch! Except the market shifted three times, and that "urgent initiative" is now irrelevant. But hey, slide 47 looked amazing.

We're done recycling 1910 with a fresh coat of paint. We're building systems actually designed for how work works TODAY: messy, fast, unpredictable, requiring humans who can think and adapt.

DISRUPT + TRANSFORM + INNOVATE

THE LIBERATED WAY

This isn't your typical "watch some overly complex videos full of theory and good luck figuring out how to apply them to your team" kinda program. Every quarter we're running experiments with your team to systematically strip out bureaucracy and build something better, surrounded by an underground network of liberated leaders and an ex-consultant (hi, it's me) who's seen every flavor of corporate nonsense and will push you to go farther, faster.

Stop Planning. Start Experimenting.

You can spend the next six months collecting benchmarks of what other companies are doing, creating PowerPoint decks explaining all the things you WILL do (someday, eventually, maybe), consuming courses looking for the magic answer only to end up with a notebook full of notes you have no idea how to implement.

Or you can start actually driving change in your team. Like, now. Today.

⚡ Imagine where your team will be after one 12-week experiment cycle of targeted, low-lift improvements... while most leaders are still assembling their task force and scheduling the kickoff meeting about the planning session. (Good luck with that, guys.)

⚡Imagine where they'll be in 6 months when the experiment rhythm has become just how your team operates. They're constantly spotting where bureaucracy and friction have built up. They're proactively coming to you with proposals for experiments to run. Improving and innovating has become the norm—led by your TEAM, not mandated by you from above. (Wild concept, I know.)

⚡Imagine where YOU will be as a leader, free from the old-school, corporate conditioning and armed with leading-edge approaches for building teams that actually thrive in constant change. Who innovate. Who push the edge. Your peers are hammering you with questions wanting to know what you're doing differently. Your leader is clamoring to promote you so you can bring that magic to more of the department. And YOU? You feel confident you can walk into any team, any environment, and you're armed with the actual tools to set them up to thrive.

I'M READY FOR THIS

The Liberated Leader Signature Framework

Each quarter, I drop new masterclasses on the core shifts to future-proof your team for today's fast-paced, constantly changing world. Through lessons, tools, templates, and peer discussions, you're fully equipped to take what you learn and immediately experiment with it in your team.

But Don’t Just Take My Word For It

Every Quarter You Spend Inside the Lab...

Your Thinking Expands. Your Experiments Get Bolder. Your Team Keeps Getting Freer.

Psst
Let Your Company Foot the Bill 💾

Liberated Leader costs less than your typical corporate conference—and delivers 10x the impact. Instead of coming home with a notebook full of notes you have no idea how to take action on (and a bloated expense report), you’ll be implementing real changes your company actually notices. And group discounts? You bet. So grab your peers and let’s liberate the whole dang company.

We made it easy to ask with a copy + paste template you can grab here.

Hey there, I'm Holly Breeding

Your new leadership coach & corporate rule-breaker

With a Master’s in Business Psychology + a decade inside Fortune 500s like Delta & Southwest Airlines, I didn’t just “lead a team once” or “work in HR” and call myself a leadership expert...

đŸ”„ Built the Org Effectiveness function at two companies from scratch — from “what even is OE?” to one of the most in-demand orgs in the business (waitlist + tripled team size to prove it).

đŸ”„ Consulted for hundreds of leaders across 40+ global functions — helping them align the org strategy, structure, and ways of working that made their teams thrive. (Translation: I know more about what makes high-performing teams work than most people ever will.)

đŸ”„Â Developed a personal brand so strong that, even as a manager (in Converse, not pencil skirts), I was advising the C-suite.

đŸ”„Hand-picked by executives over big consulting firms to lead enterprise-wide transformations — from 5,000-person call center redesigns to full-scale digital overhauls.

đŸ”„ Published research and contributed a book chapter on work-life integration (I’ve been eat, sleep, and breathing improving how we lead for over a decade).

In my world?

Gone are the days of corporate theater leadership: slides, optics, personality tests, and outdated frameworks that don’t teach you how to actually lead for the realities of today’s world.

We're rebuilding leadership on what actually moves businesses forward — adaptive strategy, self-managed teams, bold thinking that challenges the status quo. And leadership that fuels you instead of drains you.

That’s the Liberated Leader way.
